Delete your OutSay account

You can delete your OutSay account directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion from the web using the instructions below.
1. Delete your account in the app
Open OutSay, go to Profile, open Settings, then choose Delete account & data. This starts permanent account deletion for your OutSay account and saved practice data.
2. Request deletion from the web
If you cannot open the app, email legal@outsay.app from the email address connected to your OutSay account. Use the subject line "Delete my OutSay account". Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive documents.
3. What is deleted
Account deletion removes or disables your OutSay account sessions, authentication links, notification preferences, push tokens, usage records, practice sessions, turns, transcripts, feedback, AI jobs and stored audio objects.
4. What may be retained
OutSay may keep minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, backup integrity or to safely ignore future app-store and RevenueCat subscription webhook events for the deleted account.
5. Subscriptions
Deleting your OutSay account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage subscriptions through the store account where the subscription was purchased.
