Terms of Service

OutSay is an AI conversation practice app. It helps you choose practice scenarios, answer out loud, receive transcripts and feedback, review coach notes and run additional reps. OutSay is a training tool, not a guarantee of interview results, job offers, grades, business outcomes or personal outcomes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use OutSay. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use OutSay only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You keep ownership of the speech, recordings, transcripts, goals, prompts and other content you submit to OutSay. You give OutSay permission to process, store, transcribe, analyze and display that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure and improve the service.

Do not record or upload content that you do not have the right to use, content that violates someone else's rights, or content containing confidential information unless you are allowed to share it with OutSay and its service providers.

OutSay uses AI systems to generate transcripts, scores, coach notes, improved answers and follow-up prompts. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or not appropriate for your exact situation. You are responsible for reviewing feedback before relying on it.

OutSay does not provide legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, immigration, employment or professional advice. For high-stakes decisions, consult a qualified professional.

You agree not to:

• use OutSay for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive or infringing activity;
• attempt to access another user's account, recordings or data;
• interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass OutSay systems;
• upload malware, exploit code or content intended to damage the service;
• use OutSay to create or practice harassment, threats, discrimination or other harmful conduct;
• violate app store rules, payment rules or applicable law.

OutSay may offer free usage limits and paid Pro features. Pro features may include additional reps, premium scenarios, custom rooms, deeper feedback or other features shown in the app.

Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Subscription prices, trial availability, renewal periods and taxes are shown before purchase. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically according to the store terms that apply to your purchase.

You can cancel or manage a subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Deleting the OutSay app or deleting your OutSay account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled by the app store where the purchase was made, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy explains how OutSay collects, uses, stores and deletes information, including audio recordings, transcripts, feedback, subscription records and push tokens.

OutSay, including its app design, software, branding, text, graphics, workflows, templates and other materials, is owned by OutSay or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OutSay for your own conversation practice.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of OutSay, add or remove features, change free usage limits, update AI models or change pricing for future billing periods. We try to keep OutSay reliable, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, third-party outages or events outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, used OutSay unlawfully or abused free usage, payments or infrastructure. You may stop using OutSay at any time and may delete your account in the app.

OutSay is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by how you use AI feedback or practice content outside the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutSay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
